Loading Systems Operator

Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and safety-focused Loading Systems Operator to join our warehouse and transportation team. You’ll operate loading equipment, move freight, verify shipments, and help ensure cargo is prepared accurately and safely for dispatch. Key Responsibilities

• Operate conveyors, loading systems, and warehouse equipment safely
• Move and stage freight for scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Verify shipment details and ensure accurate loading
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety issues
• Assist with unloading, sorting, and organizing freight
• Maintain shipment and inventory records
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Work closely with warehouse and transportation teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Warehouse, freight, or logistics experience is a plus
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting materials
• Basic computer and inventory-tracking skills
• Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Pay: $21.17 - $23.74 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
