Job Description

This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing and maintenance of loan accounts, ensuring compliance with UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Process various types of loan applications, including data entry, verification of supporting documents, and system updates.
* Perform loan account maintenance activities such as principal and interest adjustments, payment allocations, rollovers, and closures.
* Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of loan documentation in accordance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
* Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Credit, Sales, Legal) and external parties (e.g., customers) to resolve discrepancies and gather necessary information.
* Monitor loan accounts for irregularities, overdue payments, and potential issues, escalating as required.
* Prepare and generate various reports related to loan processing, outstanding balances, and account status.
* Ensure adherence to all anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies and procedures.
* Participate in system enhancement initiatives and user acceptance testing (UAT) as needed.
* Maintain a high level of data confidentiality and integrity.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, back-office operations, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of loan products, processes, and related documentation.
* Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., AML, KYC).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Experience with banking systems and loan processing software is an advantage.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
