About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Loan Administrator to support the end-to-end processing of Australian Asset Finance and Personal Loan applications.

In this role, you will work closely with brokers, lenders, and clients to ensure loan applications are accurately documented, efficiently processed, and successfully settled. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Australian lending processes, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Administrator, you will:

• Process loan applications from submission through to settlement.
• Collect, organize, and review supporting documentation.
• Verify applicant income, liabilities, and financial information.
• Liaise directly with lenders, brokers, and clients throughout the application process.
• Manage client communication and provide timely status updates.
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and ensure applications progress efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems.
• Coordinate with lenders and stakeholders to facilitate smooth settlements.
• Ensure compliance with lender requirements and documentation standards.
• Provide administrative support for loan processing activities.
• Manage multiple loan applications while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in Australian Asset Finance and Personal Loan processing.

• Hands-on experience managing loan applications from submission to settlement.

• Experience working with Australian lenders, including:

  • Pepper
  • Liberty
  • MoneyMe
  • Azora
  • Major Australian banks

• Strong understanding of Australian lending processes and documentation requirements.

• Experience using CRM systems and loan lodgement platforms.

• Ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Professional and customer-focused approach to stakeholder interactions.
