Loan Advisor Assistant

* BASE PAY FOR 2 MONTHS + COMMISSION!!*

Job Description:

As a Mortgage Loan Assistant, you will play an important role in assisting our loan officers with the mortgage application process. You will work closely with clients, gather necessary documentation, and ensure a smooth and efficient loan application experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their homeownership goals.

Responsibilities:

• Help loan officers complete mortgage applications.
• Call clients to collect needed documents (income, taxes, credit reports, etc.).
• Make outbound calls to find new clients.
• Support the sales team with new and current customers.
• Answer client questions and give updates on their loans.
• Assist with other tasks to keep the loan process moving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
• Previous experience in mortgage lending, sales, or administrative/customer service roles preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers.
• Strong communication skills.
