Loan Assistant/Admin

Diamond Bank is looking for a self motivated, high energy, outgoing person to join our team.

This position greets Customers, answer incoming calls, process new loans, loan renewals, and extensions. Provides admin assistance to Loan Officer. Ensures that loan files contain documents with proper signature and other relevant data. Checks documents for proper vesting, legal descriptions, closing dates and signatures. Assist other departments on a temporary basis as needed during peak hours.

Basic Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent. One or more years experience in an office environment. Previous Bank Loan Assistant preferred.
