Summary- Loan Assistant: Promotes and maintains positive relations with all contacts, customers and potential customers, prepares loan files, and establishes a rapport with the customer for cross-selling other bank products. 

Summary- CSR: Interacts with customers to open new accounts, maintains existing accounts in response to inquiries about products and services, cross-sells all bank products and services, and resolves customer complaint. Provides general clerical assistance to the department.

Education Required; Experience and Equipment Skills:   Resume Required….

1. High School education or equivalent education or training, or a combination of education and training.
2. At least one year’s clerical experience.
3. Basic Accounting knowledge.
4. Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Report.
5. Typing, 10-key Calculator, Fax Machine, Photocopier, Computer skills required including Word and Excel programs.
6. Critical thinking and using logic and reasoning to complete loan paperwork
7. Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
8. Ability to maintain composure and skilled in customer service.
9. Good time management and organizational skills.
