Loan Associate (work on-site)

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma Obtained) /ENTRY-LEVEL applicants are encouraged to apply.

• Working experience in the related field is a plus

• Fluent and good English writing skills.

• Basic knowledge using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

• Fast learner and keen attention to details and accuracy/detail oriented

• Keen in meeting the deadlines

• Willing to work on site (Makati City)

Job Description:

1. Loan funding, payment processing and interest collection
2. Assigned Regulatory Reportorial Requirements as maker/checker
3. Loan documentation & safekeeping
4. Loan quality control/problem loan tracking
5. In-charge of control of all correspondences and/or communications of Bank to/from regulatory bodies
6. Prepare complete and accurate report on covered transactions to Compliance
7. Credit Analysis and application (back-up)
8. Loan/syndication application (back-up)
9. Prepare CDD review logs
