Responsibilities:

• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Loan Department
• Handle customer enquiries and follow-up tasks
• Process loan drawdowns and loan documentation
• Perform account setup, data input, and account maintenance
• Handle daily computer operations and filing duties
• Assist with other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a finance company, credit company, or related industry
• Honest, responsible, mature, and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
• Good Chinese and English typing skills
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Work Location:

• Mong Kok, Kowloon (Subject to relocation to other branches according to operational needs)
