Job Description:-

1. Channel Partner Management (B2B)

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and Market Agents who deal in Loans and Financial products.
• Regularly visit partner branches/offices to ensure our products are top-of-mind.
• Train and educate agents on the benefits and features of our product suite.

2. Sales & Lead Conversion (B2C)

• Drive sales for our core portfolio: Loan Protection Products, Health Insurance, and Wellness OPD plans.
• Act promptly on leads provided by the Business Partners and convert them into active policies.
• Pitch products directly to end-customers, when required, during joint field work with agents.

3. After-Sales Support & Service

• Act as the single point of contact for partners regarding queries, claim assistance, or policy renewals.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Solve operational issues regarding policy issuance to ensure a smooth experience for the partner and the customer. 4. Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Maintain daily reports of partner visits and leads generated.
• Keep track of competitor activities in the market and report findings to the Area Manager.
