Purpose of the Position
Under the direct supervision of the General Manager / Loans Head, the Loans Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the Loans Center. The Loans Manager ensures new client disbursement target is achieved, while maintaining a quality portfolio, a high level of client satisfaction and efficient coordination with the Credit team in the Loans Center.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course.
- At least 5 year sales direct experience in lending with a financing company, cooperative or a bank preferably in SME financing or Commercial loans
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing: New client disbursement targets are met for the Loan Center
- Account Management: Portfolio NPL/Past Due · Achievement of NPL target (% NPL) · Not more than agreed target or level
- Coordination with Credit Team: Efficient coordination with Credit team on appraisal, evaluation and administrative functions
- Documentation and System Compliance: Zero incidence of non-compliance to loan documentary and system requirements
