What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists
• Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers
• Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communicatio
• Atten d daily dedicated training sessio ns focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days
• Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders to develop your skills and grow your confidence

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• High energy, resilience, and a positive attitude
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback
• Interest in sales, finance, or real estate
• No prior mortgage experience required—just the drive to succeed
