Loan Officer Assistant - Paid Training

Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Rapid Home Lending is hiring motivated, competitive individuals who are serious about building a career in sales and the mortgage industry.

This is a high-volume, phone-based sales position in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll spend a large portion of your day making outbound calls, speaking with homeowners, generating interest, and connecting qualified clients with Licensed Loan Officers.

Mortgage experience is not required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to pursue mortgage licensing and advance into a Licensed Loan Officer role.

What You’ll Do

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients
• Speak with homeowners and build rapport over the phone
• Identify client needs and generate interest in mortgage opportunities
• Follow up with leads and transfer qualified clients to Licensed Loan Officers
• Learn mortgage products, sales techniques, and the loan process
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from sales leadership

Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, automotive sales, wireless sales, hospitality, recruiting, or another performance-based environment is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
