Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $55,000 – $100,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Loan Officer to advise borrowers and close consumer or commercial loans. The role combines sales, credit analysis, and a clear understanding of how to move applications from inquiry to funded.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through inbound inquiries, referrals, and outbound outreach

• Conduct borrower interviews to understand financial needs and qualify applications

• Collect documentation and submit applications for underwriting

• Communicate clearly with borrowers throughout the loan process

• Maintain compliance with lending regulations and disclosure requirements

• Manage a pipeline and meet monthly origination targets

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active NMLS license or equivalent licensing required

• 2+ years in loan origination or financial services sales

• Strong understanding of loan products and underwriting guidelines

• Familiarity with LOS platforms (Encompass, LoanLogics, etc.)

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated with track record in commission-based roles
