Key Responsibilities
Document & Loan Pre-Evaluation and verify requirements based on partner bank guidelines.
Bank Processing & Follow-ups, coordinate account endorsements, LOGs, and take-outs with partner banks to
ensure fast processing.
Client & Account Management: Handle buyer inquiries, send notices, process account requests (transfers, extensions, equity setup), and update system process.
Contract Preparation & Execution: Draft and process key real estate documents (CTS, DOAS, DOR, SPA, DOU) and facilitate buyer signings.
Post-Takeout & Turnover Coordination completion with technical teams, manage bank check releases, and turn over accounts for move-in application..
