Job Description / Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and reviewing loan applications and supporting documents.
- Conduct preliminary checks on borrowers, guarantors and companies, including credit and background searches.
- Verify loan documents and ensure all required information and supporting documents are complete.
- Assist in preparing loan application summaries and documentation for internal review and approval.
- Liaise with borrowers, brokers, lawyers, valuers and other external parties on loan-related matters.
- Coordinate loan documentation, signing and disbursement processes.
- Monitor loan repayments, interest payments, loan maturity dates and outstanding matters.
- Follow up with borrowers on required documents and payments.
- Maintain proper records of loan facilities, documentation and correspondence.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the lending team.
- Perform other loan-related duties as assigned.
