Loan Officer needed to understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process, handle customer queries, and promote new and renewal sales.
Key responsibilities
- Understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process
- Handle customer queries and promote new/renew sales
- Check customers' background and evaluate their creditworthiness (such as CPF, MLCB, HDB, credit bureau etc.) and advise whether customers are suitable for loan installment plans
- Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, live chat, and emails to clarify loan details and payment reminders
- Complete any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
About you
- Good communication skills
- Prior or related experience preferred
- Instant message and telephone etiquette
- Ability to provide exceptional service to each customer
