What they need
What you will be doing; manage inbound customers at your outlet
- Assess applicants’ financial situations to determine loan eligibility
- Communicate with applicants to understand their needs and recommend suitable loan products
- Review loan applications to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Build customer relationships and provide support throughout the loan process
What is required from you; training will be provided
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
Where you will be working
- Chinatown (Hong Lim Complex)
- Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm
