We are recruiting a Loan Operations Assistant Manager for a well‑established Sacramento based financial institution committed to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service across its loan portfolio. This position is ideal for an experienced loan operations professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and supporting high‑quality loan servicing operations. The Loan Operations Assistant Manager oversees daily loan servicing activities, supports staff development, ensures workflow efficiency, and partners with departments across the organization to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant loan processing and reporting.

Key Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of loan operations experience (commercial & mortgage lending), including 2+ years in a supervisory role is required.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, mortgage, and commercial loan products and servicing.
• Understanding of loan operations procedures, controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with systems such as FIS, LaserPro, OnBase, or Abrigo preferred.
