Loan Operations Executive

Job Summary

About the role. Solar runs on financing. We are looking for someone who knows loan operations cold - sanction letters, KYC, NACH, disbursement, post-disbursal docs, audits - and wants to apply that craft to Indias rooftop solar buildout. You will be the bridge between our customers, our NBFC/PSU lending partners, and our internal sales and ops teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sanction letters and execute end-to-end loan documentation for solar finance customers

• Vet KYC, legal, and property documents; raise and close discrepancy queries before disbursement

• Coordinate with NBFC and PSU bank partners for sanction, disbursement, and post-disbursal compliance

• Manage NACH registrations, deferrals, and CERSAI charge creation/satisfaction

• Conduct file audits, generate MIS, and own Audit Observation closure

• Issue NDC, NOC, and post-disbursal documents within TAT

• Liaison with Sales, Credit, Legal, Operations, and lending partners to keep cases moving

  Requirements

• 2+ years in loan operations, credit administration, or mortgage operations (NBFC, bank, or BPO)

• Hands-on with KYC, loan documentation, NACH, disbursement workflows

• Familiarity with LOS systems (Finnone, Finacle, or similar) and e-sign platforms (Leegality / SignDesk a plus)

• Strong attention to detail; comfort with audits and compliance

• Graduate (Commerce / BBA / B.A.); MBA in Finance preferred but not required

• Working English and Hindi
