Loan Processing Admin

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for data entry and credit analysis of individual and/or corporate loan applications
• Perform outgoing phone calls to assist with loan applications as necessary
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and data protection standards
• Participate in other assignments, duties and projects assigned by reporting manager

• Comfortable speaking to others over the phone
• Able to speak Mandarin and English as we require ability to speak to our Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking clients
