LOAN PROCESSING ADMIN (HIRE PURCHASE)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via email & over the phone
• Conduct credit search on customers and collect all necessary information and documents from them (e.g. HP application form, Bank Statement, NOA, Sale & Purchase Agreement and etc)
• Process hire purchase loan applications and assess eligibility, fill in customer details and upload the related documents to HP system
• Submit information and documents to banks or financial institutions for loan approval
• Track loan approval status and assist with negotiations or feedback, update the status to client / salesman / dealer
• Prepare loan agreements, approval documents, and disbursement paperwork to banks or financial institutions
• Issue invoice & payment voucher to account department for account purposes
• Administrative duties (e.g. filing etc) and other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum N or O Level qualification
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Knowledge or experience on car related matter is an added advantage
• Should be proficient in computers
• Salary will be commensurate based on experience
