Roles and Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end loan processing, including documentation verification and customer interaction.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and process loan applications efficiently.
• Collaborate with banking operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement processes.
• Verify customer income documents and ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

• Experience in loan processing, mortgage processing, or asset finance is required.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and banking operations software is essential.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail are necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is crucial.
• Familiarity with KYC regulations and compliance procedures is expected.
• Candidates must be able to attend face-to-face interviews.
