Title: Loan Processing, Remittance & Invoice Financing Officer
Position Reports to: Relevant Head of Department
Location: Hong Kong

Position Summary:
This role is responsible mainly for inward/outward remittances, Loan Processing and IF support.

Key Responsibilities & Main Duties:

• INWARD AND OUTWARD REMITTANCE PROCESSING
• COMMERCIAL LOAN PROCESSING (LODGMENT/REPAYMENT)
• ATTENDING COMPLIANCE RELATLODED QUERRIES RELATED TO INWARD/OUTWARD REMITTANCES.
• SUPPORT FOR INVOICE FINANCING LODGEMENT AND SETTLEMENT IN CASE OF NEED.
• PREPARING SWIFT MESSAGES TO ATTEND TO COMPLIANCE QUERIES REGARDING INWARD / OUTWARD REMITTANCES

Knowledge and Skills:

Academic Qualification(s) Bachelors Degree in Business/Accounting relevant fields

Technical / Professional Qualification(s) Qualification on Trade Finance is a plus like CTFP/CDCS/UCP600

Relevant Experience Over 10 years

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated interest in the banking industry and eagerness to learn.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in different teams and departments.
• Prior work experience in a related field is a definite advantage.
• Permanent residents of Hong Kong or holding a valid Hong Kong work visa.
