Loan Processor (1 YEAR BANKING EXPERIENCE)

We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated loan processor to act as a liaison between potential customers and our financial institution to assist qualified applicants acquire loans in a timely manner. The loan processor oversees gathering the necessary paperwork and documentation required for someone to apply for a loan.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
• Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures.
• Create repayment plans.
• Researching and correcting mistakes in applications for clients
• Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information
• Ensure compliance with the established regulations and law requirements.
• Meeting loan deadlines
• Assisting loan officer with requests and tasks needed to complete and process loan applications.
• Respond and advise clients regarding loans and transactions.
• Accept and post payments.
• File and maintain loan records.
• Inputting loans into core system

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with loan software programs
• Verbal and written communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Time-management and organization skills
• Ability to work with strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Qualified to work in the United States.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,600.00 - $38,000.00 per year
