Loan Processor (Branch Operations Associate)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service? Macondray Finance Corporation is looking for a Branch Operations Associate to support daily branch operations and help ensure smooth, efficient, and client-focused service.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly attentive to detail, communicates effectively, works well with others, and takes initiative in completing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Banking and Finance, Accountancy, or other business-related courses.
• Experience in a financial or lending institution is preferred but not required.
• Experience in loan processing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Highly attentive to detail, organized, and results-driven, with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and take initiative.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude.
