Loan Processor

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the loan origination process, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected, reviewed, and processed efficiently. This position requires a strong , and compliance.

Duties

• Review and verify loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Process loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely approval of loans.
• Maintain communication with clients, lenders, banks, and escrow companies throughout the loan process.
• Utilize basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments.
• Perform 10 key typing tasks accurately to input data into the loan processing system.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan processing phase.

Requirements

• Proven experience in loan processing or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and underwriting processes.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate calculations related to loans.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
