Loan Processor

Primarily responsible for the processing of our client’s home loan applications to our partner lenders according to established guidelines:

1. Analysis of application;

2. File data organisation and validation;

3. Frame assumptions to aid processing;

4. Follow instructions necessary to complete the application; and

5. Communicate with bank to confirm loan details.

Qualifications:

We are looking for performance driven individuals who possesses:

3. Aptitude to understand and follow workflow guidelines;

4. Critical thinking to solve problems;

5. Professional communication skills both verbal and written;

6. Background in finance or banking specially with home loans;

7. Proficiency in technology i.e. computers, internet, CRM, Office 365, etc.

8. Experience working with Australians an advantage.
