About the Opportunity

Infinity Advisory Group is looking for an experienced Loan Processor / Broker Support professional to join the team in a fully remote capacity.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced processor who enjoys the technical side of lending and wants to work closely with a broker, without being tied to an office.

You’ll play a key role in managing the end-to-end loan process, with strong administrative and data support in place so you can focus on what you do best — credit assessment, loan structuring and getting deals across the line.

About the Role

Working closely with the broker, you will be responsible for:

• Managing residential loan applications from submission through to settlement
• Reviewing and assessing client financials and supporting documentation
• Structuring loans and determining appropriate lender solutions
• Preparing and submitting applications to a range of lenders
• Managing lender and BDM relationships throughout the application process
• Following up outstanding documentation and conditions
• Keeping clients and the broker updated throughout the process
• Managing loan pipelines and ensuring applications progress efficiently
• Supporting more complex lending scenarios, including self-employed borrowers
• Providing general administrative and data support as required

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Loan Processor who has a strong understanding of the residential lending process and can confidently manage a diverse range of applications.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Loan Processor, Broker Support or Parabroker
• Strong experience across residential lending
• Experience working with self-employed borrowers and more complex applications
• A solid understanding of credit policy and loan structuring
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple applications and competing priorities
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with lenders, clients and brokers
• The ability to work independently in a remote environment
