Key responsibilities
- Follow up with OFW customers through online channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, calls, etc.) to ensure timely completion of loan applications.
- Assist customers in filling out application forms and preparing required documents until successful loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain proper records of customer status and follow-ups.
- Provide basic market and customer feedback to the team.
About you
- Experience in loan processing, financial services, customer support, or OFW-related work is preferred but not required.
- Experience in online sales, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attentive, patient, serious and committed to work.
