Loan Processor

Role Overview

The Loans Processor is responsible with assisting Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) clients with loan applications. The role involves following up with customers through online channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, calls, etc.), guiding them in completing application forms and preparing required documents, and ensuring successful loan approval and disbursement. You will maintain accurate records of customer status and follow-ups, while also providing basic market and customer feedback to the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with OFW customers through online channels (WhatsApp, Messenger, calls, etc.) to ensure timely completion of loan applications.
• Assist customers in filling out application forms and preparing required documents until successful loan approval and disbursement.
• Maintain proper records of customer status and follow-ups.
• Provide basic market and customer feedback to the team.

Requirements

• With experience in loan processing, financial services, customer support, or OFW-related work is preferred but not required.
• Experience in online sales, tele-sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attentive, patient, serious and committed to work

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
