Loan Processor

Job Summary

The Loan Processor will have the opportunity to serve the members of Moonlight Federal Credit Union within a safe and professional working environment. The position is currently housed within the branch office at 101 Deer Park Rd, Worthington PA, 16262. The successful candidate will contribute to the long-term health and sustainability of the credit union and its members through effective communication and processing of our products and services while meeting the financial needs of our members.

Main Responsibilities

The position works to process and close loan applications, answering member questions via phone or email, quote payments, and guide members towards services that best fit their needs. Types of loans would include, Direct & Indirect Auto, Personal, and Home Equity. The position is also responsible for collecting documentation for insurance and titles.

Required Skills

Minimum required skills to satisfy the needs of the position include; critical & analytical thinking, Microsoft Excel and other Office products, typing on a computer, professional attitude, experience with CMC Flex is a plus, clear and effective communication both verbal and written, uphold confidentiality, being able to adapt and shift priorities as needed, teamwork, time management, and teachable.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
