At Travis County Credit Union, our team of 12 works closely every day to provide a member-focused banking experience where every member is treated with care and respect. • Communicate with members, loan officers, dealerships, and insurance companies to obtain missing information.
  • Process loan proceeds, payoffs, and related transactions accurately.
  • Assist with title paperwork, lien placement, lien releases, and collateral tracking.
  • Maintain organized loan files and follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Explain documentation requirements and next steps to members.
  • Protect confidential member information and follow applicable policies and requirements.
  • Support the lending team and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide backup support to tellers and member service staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous loan processing, lending support, or financial institution experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication and strong member service skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems, entering data, and reviewing documents.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Requirements of Position:

  • Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for up to 6 hours.
  • Must be able to squat, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be computer literate, 10-key proficient, and able to type using a standard US keyboard.
  • Must report to the office as assigned; remote work is not permitted except at the discretion of management.
  • Must be able to complete mental math, problem-solving, and memorize workflows, codes, and member identifiers.
