Job Summary
The loan processor serves as the key person who prepares all loan documents, boards loans, updates loan escrow accounts and payments, and serves customers by answering their loan servicing questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verifying information in all loan files
- Preparing loan documents
- Processing payments and payoffs
- Tracking titles
- Boarding loans
- Tracking insurance
- Processing escrow distributions for property taxes and insurance
- Servicing current loan customers
- All other duties as assigned
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 – 40.0 per week
