Loan Processor- Reverse Mortgage

Wholesale Reverse Mortgage is a direct lender focused on home equity solutions for homeowners 62 and older. We're licensed in multiple states and still expanding, and we're adding an experienced processor to our operations team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of HECM files from application through underwriting approval
• Review documentation for compliance with FHA/HUD and investor guidelines
• Work with loan officers, borrowers, and underwriting to clear conditions
• Order and track title, appraisal, and other third-party services
• Keep loan data accurate in the LOS and provide regular status updates

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Reverse mortgage processing experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and underwriting submission requirements
• Experience managing multiple loan files in a fast-paced mortgage operations environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and compliance awareness
• Ability to collaborate effectively with loan officers, underwriting, and internal teams
• QuantumReverse experience (preferred)
• Spanish (preferred)

Full-time, on-site in Lake Forest, CA.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
