Loan Servicing QA Tester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing within the financial services domain, particularly in Loan Management System (LMS) applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle processes and the ability to validate complex lending workflows, integrations, financial calculations, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute Functional, System, Integration, Regression, UAT, and Exploratory Testing
• Report, track, retest, and verify defect closures
• Participate in requirement reviews to identify gaps or ambiguities
• Perform risk-based testing and impact assessments
• Prepare and present test reports to management
• Showcase delivered stories and testing outcomes to leadership teams

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in Manual Testing within the financial services domain
• Hands-on experience with Loan Management System (LMS) applications
• Strong knowledge of loan lifecycle processes, financial calculations, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• High attention to detail, especially in validating financial calculations
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright will be considered a plus
