The role will require you to:

• Engage with our customers over the phone: Your easy going nature and friendly approach will make our customers enjoy working with us.
• Data entry

Key Responsibilities

• Capturing customer information via the phone
• Assessing applications for finance and determining suitability of the customer
• Completing finance applications

Skills required

• Computer and online/digital literate: Standard computer skills such as typing, email, sales software.
• Professional —but personable — phone manor and customer service skills
• Problem solving and the ability to think laterally.
• Previous sales experience (Retail, Phone sales etc).
• Previous Lending experience (preferred)
