Position Title: Loan Supervisor

Location: Pasig City (Onsite)

Job Description

The Loan Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Loan Consultant (LC) team to ensure the achievement of business goals, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service. This role is responsible for leading the team, monitoring productivity, providing coaching and operational support, resolving escalated concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with Loan Consultants and internal stakeholders. The Loan Supervisor also ensures compliance with company policies while driving continuous process improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and monitor the performance of Loan Consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Loan Consultants and business partners.
• Provide operational support and resolve partner or customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Monitor productivity, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure loan applications are processed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze team performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and enhance workflow.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle escalated cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in loan operations, banking, financing, or a related field.
• Must have experience in OFW loans
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
