LOAN SUPPORT ASSISTANT

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to grow your banking knowledge? We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Loan Support Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our commercial and retail lending teams.

In this role, you’ll assist with loan servicing, document processing and record maintenance, preparing management reports, reconciliations, audit preparation, insurance documentation, and other day-to-day loan support activities. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in projects focused on improving processes and workflows.

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, comfortable working with technology, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing strong support to the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education: High School Degree or equivalent.

· Experience: 3 to 4 years related experience.

· Other: Must have demonstrated high skills in: customer service, attention to detail, excellent computer/internet skills, verbal communication, integrity, people skills, thoroughness and documentation. Must be able to learn new software quickly. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.38 - $30.58 per hour
