Loans and Documentation Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the documentation strategy and framework across departments.

• Supervise end-to-end loan documentation and release processes across

  branches and departments.

• Supervise a team of documentation specialists, technical writers, or administrative staff.

• Ensure that all documentation meets company standard for clarity, consistency, formatting, and quality.

• Coordinate with subject matters expert (SMEs) to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.

• Maintain document control systems and manage the document lifecycle (creation, review, revision, archival).

• Oversee version control and document access in compliance with data governance policies.

• Prepare and submit management reports on loan releases, documentation

  status, compliance, and performance metrics.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Information Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in documentation of records in a corporate or regulated environment.
• Proven experience managing documentation or records in a corporate or regulated environment.
• Familiarity with document management systems (DMS), version control software, and content management platforms.
