What they need
- Manage and process CTS financing applications of qualified buyers, ensuring complete and accurate submission of all required documents.
- Evaluate and verify buyer loan requirements, including income documents, employment/business information, payment history, and other financing requirements.
- Coordinate with buyers, sales teams, and financing institutions regarding loan applications, documentary requirements, approvals, and other financing concerns.
- Monitor the status of CTS financing accounts from application, documentation, approval, signing, and release until completion.
- Prepare and maintain loan-related documents and records, including CTS contracts, financing schedules, buyer information, approval documents, and other supporting requirements.
- Follow up pending and incomplete loan applications and proactively communicate with buyers and concerned departments to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and Customer Care to resolve discrepancies and facilitate the processing of CTS financing transactions.
- Monitor buyer payment schedules and financing obligations, identifying delinquent or at-risk accounts and coordinating appropriate follow-up actions.
- Prepare regular reports on CTS financing performance, including applications received, approved, pending, disapproved, released, and delinquent accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financing procedures, and applicable documentation requirements while maintaining confidentiality of buyer and financial information.
- Assist in resolving buyer concerns related to CTS financing, including payment schedules, financing terms, documentation, and account status.
- Perform other related financing and administrative duties that may be assigned by the Loans/Finance Manager or Management.
