What they need
- Conducts project and crop inspections to verify loan utilization, project viability, and condition of bank-financed projects.
- Assesses agricultural activities, crop condition, farm area, yield potential, livestock projects, and collateral.
- Evaluates factors affecting productivity, including soil, climate, pests, farm practices, and accessibility.
- Prepares inspection reports and recommendations for loan monitoring, classification, provisioning, and future financing.
Qualifications:
- College graduate, preferably with an Agriculture-related background.
- Male with a valid Driver’s License.
- Honest, hardworking, diligent, and flexible.
- Of good moral character, with no derogatory record or history of gambling or other vices.
- No record of gross negligence or grave misconduct.
