Loans Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Report to the Head of Operations and Technology
• Handling of all types of loan operation processes including disbursement of loan proceeds, repayment, rate fixing and rollover etc.
• Assist in setting up and/or reviewing policy and procedures and continuous enhancement of system.
• Responsible for account opening and KYC checking pursuant to relevant regulatory requirements.
• Cash management including customer fund transfer and deposit.
• To ensure completion of business and full adherence to the bank’s compliance policy, regulations and procedure.
• Handle inquiries from front lines, customers and counter-parties.
• Participate in projects for producing user requirements, prepare testing plan and conduct UAT and drill tests, etc.
• Perform Ad hoc projects as and when required.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Business Administration, Operation Management, or related disciplines.  Degree holder is a must.
• Sound knowledge in operation risk framework and sensitive to identify operation irregularity.
• Added advantage if has previous operations experience in Trade Finance, Remittance or Treasury Settlement etc.
• Good written and verbal command of Chinese and Mandarin.
• around 5 years of relevant working experiences in banking operation and loans processing.
