About the role

This role involves executing Know-Your-Customer (KYC) procedures prior to system loan enrollment, preparing pre-approval bank documents, and managing loan accounts within the core banking system. The position includes responsibilities as an Alternate Vault Custodian, acting as a witness during ATM cash loading, and serving as a reliever for the regular teller to ensure business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure effective and efficient execution of KYC procedures prior to system loan enrollment
• Prepare pre-approval bank documents and submit loan approval memos for approval
• Create loans in the core banking system and enroll loan accounts
• Act as Alternate Vault Custodian controlling and maintaining alternate vault combination
• Act as witness during ATM cash loading
• Act as reliever for the regular teller in their absence for business continuity
• Perform other duties assigned by immediate leader or management

About you

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course, preferably Business-related
• Background in Loans, Financial Institutions, and Microfinance is an advantage
• Very good MS Office Application Proficiency
• Good Judgment skills
