Lobby Ambassador Chinese Speaker

As a true ambassador of the guest experience, you will welcome, assist, and guide our guests with elegance, attentiveness, and professionalism, while maintaining a warm and proactive presence in the lobby. Main responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and assist them according to hotel standards. Ensure a visible, elegant, and proactive presence in the lobby. Guide, inform, and assist guests throughout their stay. Facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking guests. Identify guest needs and coordinate with the relevant departments. Contribute to creating a personalized, seamless, and memorable guest experience. Promote hotel services naturally and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

Fluency in Chinese is required. Good communication skills in French and/or English. Excellent presentation and welcoming manner. Positive attitude, customer service orientation, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate customer needs. Previous experience in the hotel industry, front office, or guest relations is preferred.
