We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Hostess to welcome our guests and ensure an outstanding first impression.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and handle reservation inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate waiting times and guide guests to their tables.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns courteously and professionally.
• Help ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a front-of-house hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and welcoming personality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and guest management is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
