Lobby Manager

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and FB.
• Monitor occupancy, room status, and operational readiness.

Guest Experience

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergency situations.
• Ensure VIP arrivals and late check-ins/check-outs are managed efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service recovery.

Front Office Oversight

• Supervise night audit and end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and revenue reconciliation.
• Review arrivals, departures, and room allocations.

Safety Security

• Conduct regular property inspections.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with the security team during incidents.

Housekeeping Engineering Coordination

• Ensure room readiness for the next day''s arrivals.
• Coordinate urgent maintenance requests.
• Monitor cleanliness of public areas and guest floors.

Team Management

• Lead and support all associates on the night shift.
• Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and grooming standards.

Reporting Compliance

• Prepare the Night Manager''s daily report.
• Escalate critical operational issues to management.
• Maintain incident, maintenance, and guest complaint logs.
