Lobby Senior Host 前台主管

1、全面负责酒店前台的日常运营管理工作，确保前台服务高效、有序进行； 2、监督和指导前台员工的服务流程，提升客户满意度，处理客户投诉及突发事件； 3、负责前台班次安排、员工培训及绩效考核，优化团队工作效率； 4、协调与其他部门（如客房、餐饮等）的沟通协作，确保信息传递准确及时； 5、检查并维护前台设备、系统及物资的完好性，确保工作环境符合标准； 6、审核每日账目及报表，确保财务数据的准确性和完整性； 7、执行酒店管理层的其他工作安排，参与前台相关制度的制定与完善。

1、具备良好的服务意识和职业素养，能够灵活应对各类客户需求； 2、较强的沟通协调能力及团队管理能力，能有效带领团队完成工作任务； 3、熟练使用酒店管理系统（如Opera等）及办公软件（Word、Excel等）； 4、具备一定的抗压能力，能在高强度工作环境下保持高效和冷静； 5、有酒店前台或相关岗位工作经验者优先，优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑； 6、普通话流利，掌握基础英语沟通能力者更佳。
