• 完成所有大堂接待员的工作职责，及以下工作职责。
• 开交班会，确保员工都清楚酒店活动及操作要求。
• 监督指定班次期间前厅的运作，包括： (1) 客人信息的维护 (2) 本地活动信息的维护 (3) 编写入住率统计 (4) 监督公共地址系统的使用 (5) 监督团队预订 (6) 协助处理重大投诉
• 监督班次期间的出纳员活动，包括： (1) 现金处理和银行程序 (2) 处理不定期付款 (3) 教导员工信用政策及设施 (4) 教导员工现金安全程序 (5) 执行债务人控制 (6) 准备报告 (7) 监督出纳员系统
• 与电脑部主管协作，确保酒店系统根据标准正常运行。
• 确保对所有被拒绝的业务做出记录，并上报给前厅部经理。
• 有能力去处理客人的投诉。
