What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Actively engage and service retail banking clients using leads provided by the bank.
• Conduct comprehensive financial health checks to understand clients’ life goals and risk appetites.
• Recommend tailored financial, wealth management, and banking solutions (including Unit Trusts, Insurance, Investments, and Mortgages).
• Build and nurture long-term trust and relationships with your client portfolio.

Comprehensive Training Provided (No Banking Background Needed):

Don't worry if you don't have a finance background or CMFAS papers. Successful candidates will undergo a fully paid, 6-week professional training program at the bank's corporate academy in Singapore. We will guide and sponsor you through all required regulatory papers.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Minimum of a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).
• Relocation: Fully committed and motivated to relocate and work in Singapore.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a confidence to interact with people.
• Mindset: Sales-driven, target-oriented, and hungry for financial success.
• Note: Candidates without CMFAS certifications (M5, M8, M9, etc.) are fully welcome.

Working Hours & Location:

• Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm | Saturday: 8:30am to 1:00pm)
• Location: Premium business districts in Singapore (e.g., MBFC / Changi Business Park)
