Local CDL A Driver

We're actively searching for an enthusiastic driver to join our energetic warehouse crew and be a part of our thriving environment. Our vehicles operate with manual transmission, so we need someone with mechanical expertise who can troubleshoot any issues that arise.

A local CDL (Commercial Driver's License) driver's key responsibilities include:

1. Safe Operation of Vehicle: Ensuring safe driving practices in compliance with local traffic laws and regulations.

2. Timely Deliveries: Completing pickups and deliveries on schedule, managing routes efficiently to ensure timely service.

3. Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting regular vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains in good working condition and reporting any necessary repairs.

4. Load Management: Safely loading, securing, and unloading goods to prevent damage during transport.

5. Documentation: Accurately completing necessary paperwork such as logs, delivery receipts, and reports.

6. Compliance: Adhering to all company policies and regulatory obligations, including hours of service regulations and hazardous material handling procedures, if applicable.

7. Customer Service: Providing good customer service by handling deliveries professionally and resolving customer issues promptly.

8.Driver Assist:Some shipments require driver assistance with pallet jack, must be physically capable to lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull and lift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: per hour $24 to $28 per hour

Average 40 per week
